I remember taking this photo. The light was dim, so I had to use a slow shutter speed, 1/15 of a second, without a tripod. I rested the camera on my knee. Later, I was pleased to see how well it came out, only slightly blurred.
I made an enlargement, but it wasn't used in the yearbook, and I don't remember what happened to the print.
Forty years later, I looked at the 1973 Olympiad yearbook posted at classmates.com, and found that this picture was picked up and used by the yearbook staff, a year after I left high school.
