We had a great 5-day family vacation in October 2005. We strolled
across the new landmark bridge in Redding, went fishing in Hat
Creek, hiked around Burney Falls, explored a 400-year-old cinder
cone, and climbed to the summit of Mt. Lassen. To read about the
